Can I set up a company in Poland without being here?

In most cases, yes. A Polish limited company (sp. z o.o.) can typically be established by power of attorney, and much of the process — registration, tax numbers, correspondence with authorities — can be handled remotely. We tell you upfront the few steps, if any, that require your personal involvement.

How much does it cost and how long does it take to register a sp. z o.o.?

It depends on the chosen route (traditional notarial deed vs. the online S24 system) and how complete the documents are — from about one to a few weeks. Costs include notarial and court fees plus our fee. We give you a clear, itemised estimate before we start, so there are no surprises.

How do I recover money from a Polish company that won't pay?

The path usually starts with a formal demand letter, then a lawsuit or the electronic order-for-payment procedure, obtaining an enforceable order, and enforcement by a bailiff. How much can realistically be recovered depends on the debtor's financial situation, which we assess first.

Do you really work in English?

Yes — consultations, contracts and communication with authorities are handled in English, so you always understand what is happening and why. Where a document must be in Polish, we explain its meaning before you sign.

Can I get a residence permit based on my business in Poland?

In defined situations, running a company can support a temporary residence permit — but the authorities look at the real activity of the business, not just its registration. We assess your case, prepare the application and, if needed, challenge a negative decision.

Can foreigners buy property in Poland?

EU/EEA citizens generally buy freely; some purchases by non-EU buyers (and certain land) require a permit from the Ministry of the Interior. We check whether a permit is needed, verify the property and review the deed before you commit.
